1. Our Commitment
Contreras Production Office Ltd (“CPO”) is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our services without barrier or difficulty.
We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of this website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments, including blindness and low vision.
- Hearing impairments and deafness.
- Motor and physical disabilities.
- Cognitive and learning disabilities.
We also aim to comply with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable.
3. How Accessible This Website Is
We have designed this website with accessibility in mind and have taken the following steps to support accessible use:
- Semantic HTML elements are used throughout to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
- All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements across all text elements.
- The website is fully keyboard navigable without requiring a mouse.
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Focus indicators are visible for all interactive elements.
- ARIA labels and roles are applied where appropriate to support screen reader users.
- The website does not use any content that flashes more than three times per second.
- All form fields include descriptive labels and error messages.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of this website may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. Known limitations include:
- Some older PDF documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible. We are working to address this progressively.
- Certain embedded third-party content (such as maps or social media widgets, if used) may not meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site, as we cannot control accessibility features of third-party services.
We are continuously working to identify and address accessibility barriers and welcome feedback from users.
5. Browser & Assistive Technology Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: NVDA with Firefox; JAWS with Chrome; VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS).
- Browsers: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
- Zoom: Browser zoom up to 200% is supported without horizontal scrolling or loss of content.
Older or less common browsers and assistive technology combinations may not be fully supported.

If you believe CPO has failed to make a reasonable adjustment that would remove a barrier to accessibility, you may be entitled to make a formal complaint or take legal action under the Act.
9. Review of This Statement
This Accessibility Statement is reviewed at least annually and will be updated to reflect any improvements made to the website or any newly identified limitations. It was last reviewed in May 2025.
